Kirtan: Celebration in Chant 6:00-7:30 p
- 147 1st Avenue
Kirtan is a Sanskrit word that means "narrating, reciting, telling, describing" of an idea or story. Kirtan, one of the oldest sacred music traditions of the world is based on ancient chants and helps the mind to become quiet and open to the experience of peace. Everyone experiences kirtan differently, and it doesn’t have to be a devotional experience. It can be a sing-along! Or you can come and enjoy the healing vibes, breathe with us, and be. We meet every second Sunday, we always have snacks afterward, and Kirtan is always FREE!
Blossom House holds a "stay home and stay warm" policy if it is colder than -25° F. In that event, classes will be cancelled. Likewise, if there is freezing rain or heavy snow in progress, "stay home and stay safe." In the event that an event is cancelled, the facilitator will contact all participants to let them know. Barring emergencies or sudden inclement weather, at least 24-hours advanced notice will be provided. Any prepaid class that is cancelled will result in either rescheduling or a refund. Private appointments may be cancelled by clients without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment by contacting their individual facilitator directly. Individual facilitator's email information can be found on the contact page. Clients making cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged $35.
